life sentence is a must for any rock /metal fan from the opener ,time to die through to another universe there is no weakness, no fillers it is classic ,my favourite tracks are incantations, seige mentality, tears of blood and time to die lyrics are well written and the twin guitar attack is as better than most of their peers.

Of all the NWOBHM revamps of recent years, this is one of the best. Exactly the same lineup as their 1983 masterpiece that is always very hard to get hold of. The band is tight and powerful, the songwriting is excellent, sounding both contemporary and authentic.
The highlight for me is 'Tears of Blood', such angry but mournfully direct twin guitar from Steve Ramsey and Russ Tippins, it gets me every time. Every old school metal fan needs to hear this, as well as any other morbidly curious metal heads.
This is an un-criticisable classic, a thrashing experience that no one will forget in a hurry.

A long awaited new release from Satan, it has been 30 years but well worth the wait with the original band members recreating the feel of their first Album. **************

Okay they hare good musicians - but it's predictable, lacking any real quality. The vocals are poor. It's all samey...
I had a listen to this on the back of the book no Sleep Till Saltburn... But and I don't want to be cruel but if this is it after 30 years - then they shouldn't have bothered... It's bad enough the stones, purple et al not knowing when to give it. To quote their own song - this left me standing at the Cenotaph wall. two for musical ability.
