Me and the girls went over for a long weekend and this was exactly what we were looking for. For a such a small pitstop it was not worth getting a big guide or lonely planet type thing book. I have the kindle app and downloaded this just before we went, and helped us choose some of the main things you kind of MUST do in the City when you visit Dublin, perfect.
I really don't agree with the person who reviewed it low, as they live in Dublin so why would you buy it?? Besides you cannot see the tourists view.
Anyway, we had a great time. If you want a small list of City things to do with addresses and local beaches, this is perfect. Thanks.

It took me 10 minutes to read. I wanted a guide I could take with me in my Kindle and at £2 I didn't think I could go wrong, but to be honest I should have gone straight for the lonely planet and not bothered. Brief in detail is fine, but it is also very light on ideas which is not so fine.

However, the strange thing was that I couldn't find where to download if for more than 3 days which I thought was very strange as it would be good to be able to take it with me when I go as some of the tips and advices was really good.

I live in Dublin. I got this when it was free to see whether it ad any novel.cThis guide reviews the most basic obvious places in a superficial way. You can get the same (if not more) info from a wikitravel article or from the free material provided at the tourism information office. Not worth paying for.
