Read many books on strength, bodybuilding etc. Found this extremely informative and use it constantly as a point if reference for technique, form n when training stalls. If you want to deadlift, squat and bench press and do it right read this book

Good detail in this book. Have used this and the stretches to help me on the deadlift journey. Once you got it you only need this and a few other exercises for total body training.

Who better to learn from than two of the experts? I've met Andy. He speaks a lot of sense, lifts big, so if you want to improve your deadlift, look no further
