Loved this book. Well worth the money. Just what I needed to get me motivated and getting healthy and feeling fit again. I would definitely recommend this - not only to give your diet a healthy boost but your morale as well.

Easy to read, with a little insight to the authors food journey and humor.
Lots of information on both Nutrition and smoothies.
A perfect buy for an easy introduction to healthy eating.

Excellent book. Just lost 6 pound in weight in a week by having green smoothies. They are also super healthy.

I live in South Asia where many ingredients like spirulina and goji and acai berry are not available....so I would have liked some more common ingredients recipes! Otherwise great read and useful for when I get back to the UK.
