The first bag i purchased was brilliant and lasted 12 months with lots of wear and tear. It carried between 30kg and 50kg for tens of miles during that year and the wheels were brilliant. The second bag lasted a few weeks. I could not return it as i stripped it down to find out why the wheels had failed. On some bags the wheels turn and the metal wheel axle remains stationary, as on my first bag - in this case the wheels will not fail. On other bags the metal axle turns with the wheel. This means that the plastic hole that the wheel axle is slotted into will slowly get larger as the metal wheel axle is wearing it away. The wheel will eventually collapse when the plastic slot becomes so large that the axle will have nowhere to locate. If the metal axle slotted into a metal housing within the plastic then no wheels would fail and it would be a brilliant product for the price.
