A truly inspiring story. Re-ignited my passion for learning about meditation, feminine spirituality and positive perinatal care! Beautifully written book!

Easy to read and very enjoyable. Read it in two short sittings. A true life story which as a doula myself rang true.

A really easy, enjoyable read- I couldn't put it down and read it in a few hours, which is rare for me, it usually takes me weeks to read a book regardless of length! I found the the book insightful and thought provoking, thank you for sharing your wisdom and inspiring journey.

5.0 out of 5 stars A thought provoking and moving book, 26 Aug 2013

I can highly recommend this book as I am a mother and work with mums-to-be to have a natural birth as nature intended. Amy also looks at the spiritual link of motherhood which I found very moving and thought provoking.
The book is very well written and easy to read, accounting her own personal experiences of motherhood, her work as a doula and her chaplaincy work. All are interwoven into her journey through life, and motherhood will now take her on an even more magical journey of love and devotion.
