Kathryn has really made the whole issue of stress easy to understand and put into perspective. So often the whole issue is clouded with mystery and this book really makes it accessable to the layperson. Working in Occupational Health for many years has given me a insight into this problem within the workplace and this book will make working with staff more effective. Super Book - keep them coming.
