I don't know how many of these recipes I'll try, but I found this little book quite interesting. There are a couple like the pickled garlic that I'll definitely give a go.
One thing I would like know is how long the pickles store. You're told how long they need to mature before consumption, but not how long they keep. Which when one recipe makes 10 one-pint jars, you need to know.
