This is a hopeful little book with nothing difficult to understand or follow. Perhaps an example of how a negative belief could be formed, e.g. via media, and how this is unsupported would add to our understanding. I liked it very much.

i bought this as i am quite a negative person and i thought it could help me be more positive. it was a very good book. at first i thougth it might be a little short as it didnt have many pages. but they were well laid out and didnt overwhelm the reader with too many ideas at once.

it works with you to create more positives from the negatives and to realise when you are being negative. to identify negatives in your surroundings and in your life and how to cope with them better.

even though the book is a little americanized i did enjoy reading and i did learn some new ideas. for the price its well worth it and it may just help you along and be a brighter happier person.
