This is an excellent book. It gives an insightful and easy to understand grounding in the subject of human factors in healthcare. The chapters are well written and give the human factors neophyte the building blocks to go on and read more intricate texts. The chapter on Personality and Behaviour was my first venture in to the subject as related to human factors and my only want was to have slightly more detail within the chapter.

This book will go hand-in-hand with any further inclusion of human factors into the Advanced Life Support Course curriculum as human factors is far from understood, widespread or optimised during cardiac arrest. This must now be a recommended text for all ALS instructors

Thanks for an excellent read
