1.0 out of 5 stars Buyer beware - this product comes with a 5 year guarantee, but I wouldn't even give it a 5 day guarantee!, 2 July 2014

Buyer beware! This product comes with a 5 year guarantee, but I wouldn't even give it a 5 day guarantee! The screws which hold the sides, platform and roof of the product together (which were supplied by Plum) began to break during construction and by the fifth day pieces were falling off the product! I'm talking about the side panels which are suppose to prevent your child falling the one and a half metre drop from the platform to the ground! We got in touch with Plum straight away to report the problem and they have been very unhelpful in spite of the fact they claim to care about your child's safety, the quality of their products and their so called ethics. Thankfully Amazon have provided a replacement product but we've still been left with the hassle of taking apart the faulty product, returning it to Amazon and building the new one without even a decent apology from Plum. My advice buy from another manufacturer and not Plum.

3.0 out of 5 stars Generally liked it, 1 July 2014

On arrival it looked daunting due to the number of packages but by carefully following the instructions (and occasionally being a little psychic) it went together reasonably well. Each wooden piece had a part number on and tallied with the instructions although some were difficult to make out. Had some issues with getting the bolts to reach far enough through the wooden frames to engage the nuts and one hole in the frame holding the swings just did not line up, but remedied with a drill. Looks good and the kids love it.
