The quality is absolutely superb. Arrived well in the estimated delivery time & extremely well packaged. I really rate this item it comes with a battery and the all important UK charger. Other torches on Amazon come with foreign chargers with an adapter THESE ARE NOT SAFE. They aren’t tested to UK standards. The torch itself is brilliant, brighter than many torches I have that claim to be several thousand lumens.... The trick here on Amazon with torches seems to be go for those not claiming to be similar light outputs to those twice or three times the cost because you will be disappointed. If you are after a very bright torch that you can focus and use as flood you will not be disappointed with this product.

OK I like the torch itself but have a big concern. The supplied three pin plug on the charger was fitted with a 13 amp fuse! it should have been 3 amp. The wires would have burnt out before the fuse in this case.
I feel this to be very unsafe. Could not find anywhere to write to the seller so am leaving feedback here as a warning.
Change the fuse! also, a minor niggle, no instructions supplied

... It is just that, a top quality product that works very well and is well made. Compact but powerful. Just the job for night time dog walking

Excellent torch. Extremely bright. The rechargable battery is very handy and lasts for about 3 nights. The option of putting normal batteries in is a lifesaver as it means you can always change them.

I bought it for going airsofting in large fields and close quarters, as well as the occasional 4am dog walk, and it's excellent all round, small and easy to carry on the belt pouch, the light reaches as far as I can tell over 300-400 yards and will light that up nicely. Using the strobe for tactical is excellent, blinded my enemies for a good few minutes.

TL;DR version: torch works, isnt the best made, case is rubbish, all materials are cheap and easily breakable. probably not worth £20, find other torches that are cheaper and better made such as the G3 CREE Q5 400 LUMEN.

LONG, DETAILED VERSION: (i have added a picture. anything with a * can be seen in said picture)
after buying lots of torches like this one, i figured that £20 was a safe bet for a better quality torch and it came with a padded box with bits and bobs. well here is my honest review for the torch:

*the torch itself is nothing special. cheap metal, some sharp edges that snag on clothes and have managed to scratch my skin. the screw bottom where the battery goes is terribly made and the groves on the body of the torch are thin and flimsy. they haven't broken yet but its rare i will use it as i have better ones that were cheaper and better made.
the button which turns the torch on/off has a satisfying click sound. however once the button is clicked on, it doesn't need to be clicked off>on to go to the next mode, as slightly depressing the button changes early. when the torch is off, slightly depressing the button does nothing. annoying niggle or fortunate quirk is up to you.
a nice feature is there is a special dial on the front of the torch (the silver edged part of the torch) which turns and allows you to control if you want a more focused or wider beam and it clicks with response. however the labels which state "zoom in" and "zoom out" with arrows are the wrong way round and actually do the opposite.
the torch itself is bright. not amazingly bright, but bright enough.
*there are general scratches and perhaps even signs of wear and tear on the torch already which is astounding as it looks like it has lived its entire life in this foam padded box.
the battery compartment, when used in conjunction with the provided rechargeable battery, does not fit snugly and moves around until the screw bottom is replaced. not overly impressed with that.
the lanyard supplied and attached to the torch is too small for my hands. more of a personal annoyance than a fault but worth mentioning.
*i like the fact that you are provided with an adapter where you can put 3 AAA batteries into your torch instead of one rechargeable LI-on battery. the charger for the LI-on battery is sturdy and the only well made thing in this bundle so far.
*the case is of an impressively poor quality. it is broken in 2 places on the hinge side which will inevitably spread to the plastic hinges and break (much like another reviewer mentioned) there are stray bits of plastic jutting out everywhere, it is misshapen, the clasps dont secure properly and the lanyard provided is cheap and tacky. i debated dropping a star for this but as i bought this package for the torch ill leave it for now.

MIS-LABELLED SELLING POINTS:
>>>this is not a "police" torch. the police do not use this torch or any type of this kind or torch, they use torches with buttons on the back. not on the front.
>>>it does not come with a "ultra fire" battery, but rather a crude "h&s" own make.*
>>>this torch does not have an SOS mode (3 flashes, 3 long flashes, 3 flashes) but instead is just a strobe flash.
>>> quote from product description "Defend yourself, break glass, or alert emergency services" i wouldn't trust this torch with the first 2, and if emergency services are on the way then blinding them with this isn't a good idea. they have lights of their own!
>>> quote from product description "virtually indestructible" no, it really wouldn't be. if you drop this or hit this on something enough times, it will stop working.

and thats about it. i personally wouldn't recommend it as a gift as it looks, smells, and feels cheap.
