I bought this tape as part of a regime to treat/manage plantar fasciitis. The tape is easy to apply and stays stuck for several days even after showering as long as you make sure the ends have no tension in them. Rounding the corners with a pair of scissors helps prevent the edges peeling.

Be careful with white towels as the blue dye runs when wet if you rub the towel across it.

I researched various taping methods and found the video by Lumosinc on YouTube to be the best for plantar fasciitis.

An effective tape at a fraction of the cost of other tapes. Recommended.

I have noticed a lot of negative reviews for this tape. However after finding out how to apply it properly I did a test to see how long it would stay on. After two weeks and many showers it was starting to look a bit tatty but it was still stuck on, I did take it off then as I felt that the stretch had gone, and I wouldn't ordinarily leave it on that long. I find this product very useful for supporting my ankles.

Bought this for my daughter to use whilst training (gymnastics) as she has an issue with her knee. She finds it much more comfortable than other types of support, and it gives the support where she needs it. The tape also stays put for about 4 days, through training and bathing! The customer service was excellent and the product arrived on time.

I use this regularly, and I'm topping up my supplies, so thought I'd post my thoughts too.

There's still a raging debate about the efficacy of kinesio tape generally. I know of some physios who simply refuse to talk to any physio who advocates using kinesio tape. because they're so sceptical themselves. To me, it's a no-brainer for lots of injuries. I can think of lots of cases where it wouldn't be sensible, but for simply applying under some tension so that it does some of the work for the affected muscle (and thereby letting it recover a little), I can't see why you wouldn't use it.

For my recurrent achilles/calf injury (which is largely a result of a biomechanical weakness in my left achilles - I do some exercises, but sometimes get complacent and it can cause niggles), I know pretty deterministically that if I apply the kinesio tape from my heel, up the back of my calf and onto the top of my calf muscles at about 50-70% stretch, I'll be able to get through most long runs or races without exacerbating it.

After trying 4 different brands of tape, I find the Mueller tape is the best value. The blue seems to stick best for me (although physios tell me black is supposed to be best since it absorbs heat, and the adhesive is supposedly heat-activated). You do need to make sure the area to be taped is NOT moist or wet. Apply it when you're cold, not just out of the shower, or indeed at all sweaty. Follow the instructions and give it a good (but careful) rub all along its length, and remember to have NO stretch at the ends. Normally, the blue Mueller tape will last 3-5 days before eventually coming off in the shower.

It's one of the cheaper brands available, it's on Prime, so you can get it quickly if need be, and it works for me. Result.

Does the job, best to put on slowly and not peal off the paper backing first before putting tape on as difficult to use otherwise.

Tried many different tapes for various footballing injuries. This tape is ok. It doesnt last that long against the skin once you start running about, but for 15 minutes or so it does the job.

This had been recommended to me by a colleague but I was unsure how helpful it would be in easing the pain I'd had in my upper back. The first time I used the tape I noticed a huge difference after the first 2 days. I kept the tape on for about a week and then removed it. The pain did not return. I used 3 strips in the same area a week later as knew I'd be having a busy weekend including lifting our toddler granddaughter often. Again my back felt fine and the pain hasn't returned since removing the tape. I no longer wake up in pain - as I used to most days. I've been recommending K Tape to lots of people. It certainly works for me!

I thought I'd try this tape on a problem knee that no one can seem to diagnose. Normally relief is only found through a super tight bandage, or heat pads. Two small strips of this tape have worked wonders. Pain reduced by a ridiculous amount, the tape is comfortable to wear (actually feels like a super tight bandage) and removing is not as painful as I feared (if done slowly). I know some people think this product is like a placebo, but it is working for me so does it really matter?
