A very useful synopsis/study guide bought for my granddaughter in Australia. To Kill A Mockingbird is an excellent novel and to someone who grew up in the late forties and the fifties it covers not unfamiliar territory. Some of the concepts and language are not readily accessible to today's modern teenager though and this summary cuts through to the core very well. Thoroughly recommended for students in the UK studying the novel as a set book for GCSE and for students in other countries who are doing the same at Grade 10 or 11.

Did what I needed it to do - remind me of the main points of a book I hadn't read for 40 years! However, sad not to have had time to read the whole thing which would have been much better before going to see a new dramatised version of the story. Useful, though.

To kill a mocking bird, is one of the classics that must be read, personally I read this book a hundred times and I never get tired of it, it reminds to all of us how terrible can be prejudice and racism. It is a wonderful book

Enjoyable and useful as a reminder before I move-on to reading 'Go Set a Watchman'.
Some aspects repetitive but generally easy to read with easy-to-follow style.
