Tapipca Starch is the most important ingredient for a Brasilian bread that is very gooey inside and hard on the outside, I have never been able to make it before as I was always worried about using a non-brasilian source, but I tried and the results were fantastic not only I got a great ingredient I can now have my favourite Sunday brunch meal any time I like
