Hats off to the author for conjuring up a new take on the crowded positive thinking space ! Succinct but does actually make some decent suggestions for enhancing your weekends whilst regenerating your soul post another torrid week at work.

Really good book. Not very long (probably just over an hour's read) which actually is fine. The message is simple and yet she tells it well with different relevant examples to make you think. I have no doubt that this book will have improved my future weekends and how I look at them.

Very insightful, makes you appreciate the value of time and just how you can make the most of it.
Would recommend for anyone feeling like their weekends are rushing past them.

Some interesting ideas and perspectives - makes you think about time, in particular what is available, and therefore how to use it.

I enjoyed reading this book because it allowed me to embrace the weekends with more purpose and not focus on work related issues.

interesting read. but the the average journal article would be enough to present the whole idea that is given in the book

Really great quick read. Laura has a very conversational writing style which makes this easy to read. Including loads of examples and practical ideas, I think this book has just reinvented weekends for me!

Handy book to fly through and pick up some quick changes to try out. Not necessarily new ideas, it's more of a handy reminder of things you intuitively know you should do, but seem to have forgotten.
