Potato Starch in Milk Good for Diabetics

Replacing one meal a day with two tablespoons of potato starch in Milk reduces my blood sugar count.

Very handy for me being a diabetic.

'Tong Master' do it again by supplying a great product. If you like to experiment in the kitchen, make your own sauces and marinades then 'tong master' have all you need. Potato starch is a good 'clean' thickener that has no weird slimy textures like some other starches and gums. A good stabilizer for home made burgers.

Potato startch I guess would be useful for cooking.
I did not use it for that. I used it for my carrom board!
Most carrom boards need a powder laid down to allow the pieces to slip as they are played.
Potato startch is every bit as good as Boric Acid based powders without the boric acid which is why I decided to try it.
Oh, and have you seen the cost of carrom powder? This stuff will last much much longer and at a fraction of the cost!
Cooking or playing carrom; its a win-win!
