There is some good info here but lost in waffle and awful English. It needs an editor, and a proof read, and it might make useful web article but no more than that. But credit given to someone who wants to share their ideas, and has something important to say.

The book has merit as it keeps thing simple and easy to access thanks to kindle store. All the information is available elsewhere (eg. stretching scientifically covers the technique used, and a great deal more)

The Pro's
The core promise of attaining the side splits in two weeks is possible without pain
The information can be applied to achieving muscular flexibility in any stretch ((identify the muscles you need to elongate/position to be achieved, follow the program for contract/relax technique, job done)
Simple to follow, no distraction from other choices of technique

The Cons
Very poor grammar (ever wondered what Yoda did next? He became a proof reader)
Simplistic (some people may want more info on the physiology, reprogramming of the nervous system for muscle length regulation Golgi Tendon organ etc, go buy stretching scientifically - not currently available on kindle)
Beginners all make the mistake of thinking "I'll push a little further to get better results" and will hurt themselves a little (if there are any individuals who are interested in extreme flexibility, anyone claim not to have pulled a muscle by doing this? It's how we learn our limits)
Could have had a better way of displaying the sets to perform daily, all instructions where written paragraph with rarity of demonstration pic's to boot

Overall good buy for the price, 3 and a half stars

this book gives you two simple excercises to do without giving you any help as to how to do them if you are new to this .
I had hoped for a lot more than 8 pages of waffle
