3.0 out of 5 stars Not Irvine Welsh
Started well then lost the pulse a bit in the middle, quite a strong finish. A decent read if you like back to the streets culture

I was born and have lived in Edinburgh all my life and it is,a very divided city with very wealthy people and beautiful homes and also the other side of the coin where people live on benefits or petty crime This book is well worth reading and you can understand why some people would do anything to get away from that environment
Well worth 5 stars

Well written portrays Wester Hailes perfectly, a place of little hope. However, the end left me feeling a little disappointed.
