5.0 out of 5 stars How to find the 'Table of Contents'
(i) go to 'Cover', (ii) click through to the next page, et voilà! (iii) fully clickable through table of contents. A bargain.

3.0 out of 5 stars Where's the ToC?
Excellent text and layout. Shaw's writing is very stimulating but he is a bit 'full of himself'; and he is scornful of science almost to the point of unreason.
Couldn't find a Table of Contents anywhere.

1.0 out of 5 stars Useless, 7 April 2015
This review is from: The Essential Bernard Shaw Collection (Kindle Edition)
About five minutes after buying this, I returned it. It's useless. Although a table of contents is shown in the "Search inside this book" option, in practice it has no cover page, no table of contents, and begins straight away with the first page of the first play. I thought I could jump to "Man and Superman" by typing the word "Superman" into the search option, but each time I simply received a message telling me that this item has not yet been indexed. It simply consists of several hundred or thousand pages of text, completely undivided, with no way that I could see of jumping from one play to the next. The only way I could think of reaching the one I wanted was by turning the pages one by one until I reached the beginning of the right play. That would take almost as long as the three-and-a-half-hour performance I watched this afternoon.

Unindexed--unsearchable--not worth the paper it's not printed on.

This book has no index so I find it too difficult to read.

Visited George Bernard Shaw's home last weekend (National Trust) and so had to buy his complete works at this price - fantastic bargain.

I like this writer any way. His sense of humour, sarcasm and general views run in the family. Worth wile for everybody to read.
