If this isn't jazz I don't know what ese it can be.

I cannot believe that anyone could doubt that this superb album is jazz. It swings, it has improvisation and form. It has one of the greatest guitar players in Jim Hall, Steve Swallow's jazz credentials are well known and LaRoca is one hell of a drummer. Add to that combination Art Farmer on trumpet and flugelhorn and one has a hell of a great quartet. I regard Farmer's work here as one of his best since the days of the Gerry Mulligan Quartet. Gorgeous jazz and having been an aficionado of the
genre for over 50 years I say "IT IS JAZZ".
