5.0 out of 5 stars ahhh just great!
Sound is fine!
Video very good!
Folding features very handy!
Maybe a little heavier than I was expecting but not a big issue!
Seems to perform pretty fast too but haven't pushed it too hard yet!
Windows 8 is only ok, gonna dual install in with Ubuntu 64bit anyways.

If your looking for something good for work and play, I think this is it!

3.0 out of 5 stars OK Hardware, but...
I just bought this laptop (or had it bought for me) for a new Job. I don't usually use Windows machines and have been using Linux or Macs for years. After a day with this; that aint gonna' change!

The hardware is just about OK, the keyboard feels cheap and is not great to type on, and I'd like to see it back-lit. You can see the screen is a touch screen in...

This product isn't just more of the same. It has a touch screen that can be folded back in to a tablet like device. Add to that, it has an SSD so it is raising the bar. I agree, it is a little expensive, but not too much for what you get.

I'm really happy with my Yoga 13. Looks smart, works well, very fast. Draws some looks on the train, someone even complimented me on having a nice laptop the other - now that's a first for me! The only issue I've encountered is the Lenovo Transition software doesn't seem to play nicely with PowerPoint 2013 so I disable it when presenting as it causes the slide show to end prematurely. The power adapter is nice and slim too, which is great for an ultraportable like this. It's pricey, but nicey!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good laptop, 7 Dec. 2012

It is a good design and quality, and to use it very convenient everywhere because of the light weight. However it is too expensive, it should be £700, £700 is an appropriate and reasonable price.

Everything is super in this ultrabook.
Only one minus - keyboard, the key 'enter' and 'space bar' are working not always, perhaps it's some defect of this unit.

You can see the screen is a touch screen in bright light but its clear enough for most things.

Overall the machine looks OK and is not too heavy. The "flip it into a tablet" thing is really a gimmick. The keyboard is exposed on the back in this mode, and just feels plain weird.

Speed wise it seems OK. However with only 4Gb of RAM and Winbloats, I can only imagine it getting slower and slower.

The real destroying factor of this machine is the OS. Windows 8 absolutely sucks. However I'm not here to review that.

Bottom line, for a grand I think you could do better, especially if you bought a Mac ;)
