Contains the inevitable Crickets tracks which were issued on Coral in the UK, but this CD set of 50 tracks is worth the price for the lesser known tracks by such as the Paris Bros, The Youngtones, and Augie Austin & The Chromatics all of which are worth a listen

This CD set is a great bargain. It is part of a series of Rock n Roll and Rockabilly Cds released by this label. An excellent way to build up your collection.

Here's a terrific selection of 50 Rock `n' Roll, R&B and Rockabilly tracks. These were all released on the US imprint of the Brunswick label during the late 1950s. Popular tracks by Buddy Holly & the Crickets and Jackie Wilson, two rare tracks by Bobby Darin (under the name of the Ding Dongs). The original version of The Wild One (Real Wild Child) by Johnny O' Keefe. Also some Buddy Holly's protégés, including Waylon Jennings' first ever recordings. Nice sound quality, one or two tracks in early stereo.
