Most of the buttons don't work, bad sale. Won't be buying from here again, very unfortunate. Was looking forward to play loads of video games, no chance now.

Honestly dont see why this is getting bad feedback. Yes the controller doesn't feel like an my old xbox controller, but thats gonna happen just because you've have broke in all the buttons and sticks over months of gaming so thats gonna happen regardless you get.
Controller is made to a good standard, not a some cheap plastic feel. All buttons and sticks are put up alittle resistance and click when just outta the box but after a good 24hours of solid game time it loses the resistance and feels normal. Also reasonably light to hold with a very long usb cable and all buttons and sticks respond well
Only problem i can see is the D pad seems cheaper than what Microsoft made some how, god knows how i didnt think it was possible but honestly who uses a D-pad.
I've used this for a good 150+hours between xbox and pc now and doesnt feel like it will need replacing any time soon. Would highly recommend!

For the price, could of found a better controller anywhere for the same price. Hardly works, and there is a delay between when you press a button and the games.

Turned on my PC, plugged in the controller and the PC crashed. Rebooted and then the drivers couldn't install so when i tried to install them manually the PC crashed again. Going to try a third time, if this works I'll update my review. Paid £10.75 plus postage for the controller so although not expensive, still far from good value for money.

I was given this controller for Christmas and I am pleased that all the buttons triggers and bumpers work fine. (BTW skip to end for verdict.) I gave it 2 stars because the build quality is bad. After playing 15 minutes of BF4 I put it down and hunted for some batteries to put in my Official Xbox Wireless Controller because the feel of the controller is not nearly as nice. The force you have to use to use the triggers compared to the official controller is huge. furthermore the little things like properly stained buttons and hex bolts rather than cross heads on the official controller set it apart from this one. Moreover the colours and missing logos on the on button and sticks are just poor.

Verdict: spend a little more and get an official controller.

In terms of doing its job as a controller, it is very good. It feels nice in your hands and the buttons give you a satisfying response upon clicking them. However when trying to use it on xbox to join xbox live parties, my friends tell me they can barely hear me and whenever the controller vibrates, which happens often when playing games such as GTA, the vibration cause a loud noise in the headset and it is transmitted to others in the party. to ensure it was not an issue with my headset i tried using an official controller and it worked fine. Overall it is quite disappointing and i was forced to apply for a refund. You are much better of buying an official controller for a few quid more if you are interested in chatting whilst playing games.

read whole thing. it gets better...

when I bought this item it came broken. the green light would flash and then nothing, it sucked...
I sent a complaint to the company and within an hour they had got back to me apologising about the faulty product. they offered a completely free controller and I didn't even have to send back the broken one.
after receiving the second controller I opened the package and this time it worked. the controller is nice but not as nice as the official one but its only £8. only thing wrong is the left trigger is a bit stiff but I'm sure within using this it will get better.

in the end. bad at first but great customer service.

plugged it in and device doesn't work, tried numerous times and doesn't work still, tried a manual install of drivers for the controller yet the PC states that the controller isn't connected when it is, plugged in my old controller and it worked just fine, i paid money for a product i was told would work immediately, i didn't pay for one that was broken, tried it also in all my usb ports and still didn't work

It arrived a few days after I ordered it. It works fine. No problem with the P&P and it the drive downloaded automatically. I bought it for my PC. If you have played on an Xbox or xbox360 before and your used to the controller it's brilliant but I find the righthand analog stick a bit big for playing beat hazard on PC where you constantly spin in circles other than that I can't fault the manufacturers.
