4.0 out of 5 stars Unfortunate title
The two main characters as adults seem more like chalk and cheese to begin with. But true love prevails, Just as it did in all the previous books in this series. Very enjoyable. There are small overlaps with other books, where we see supporting character doing something unexplained here, but which are explained in the books in which these characters lead. I hope that's...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not all that keen
The storyline of this novel is pretty, if a little predictable, and some of the characters reasonably complex (I liked the elderly grandmother) but others are a bit thin. I wasn't able to become completely engrossed in it as I am with some books - Read "My Dream of You", for example - but it was a perfectly acceptable bed-time read. Not bad, but it doesn't really stand...

There are small overlaps with other books, where we see supporting character doing something unexplained here, but which are explained in the books in which these characters lead. I hope that's not too confusing. Read them all and then you'll understand.

Boring, poorly written, very similar to Lea Sanders other book "Waltzing with the Wallflower". Lack of imagination shown by even using some identical names.

Enjoyable light hearted story of love with a little angst thrown into the mix.
Descriptive and informative of life in this era and a woman's place in it.

This book is a light read, easy to follow. You can easily pick it up and put it down. A good old fashioned romantic romp.
