4.0 out of 5 stars perfect grading tool....!!!, 15 May 2014

Got back into Taekwondo just over a year after a 20 year lapse....yes 20 years!!!
Found this book very informative on all grounds , mainly the history of each pattern & the amount of moves which you need in grading.
Why I didn't give it a 5* was mainly this book it targeted at mature students & lacks pictures for children, but am sure many mums & dads who are training with there kids would find this book easy to understand.
This book is just the building blocks of Taekwondo or any other martial arts.
Good read & worth the money.

3.0 out of 5 stars Hard to follow, 28 April 2013
This review is from: TaeKwonDo - White to Black Belt: Your Ultimate Grading and Reference Summary Guide! (TAGB, ITF, Tae Kwon Do, Martial Arts) (Kindle Edition)
I found this book quite hard to follow as the only visual references are maps of where your feet go. Some more images would have been helpful. When you move on to the next page of instruction, you can't see the foot map any more.

2.0 out of 5 stars Very basic, 10 Feb 2013

Patterns are described well, but very basic. Nothing about self defence or 1,2 or 3 step sparring. No tips beyond what can be found for free on the internet.
