If you think you or a friend or relative might be coming down with a stress related illness this is a very useful little book. Full of tips for controlling stress and some very good explanations on how to deal with stress and recognize the symptoms of it before it can take over your life or the life of a loved one.
A lot of people these days have stress related illnesses, many times we/they do not realise that we are actually suffering from a stress related illness. Do not suffer in silence read this and find out if you have it and what to do about it if you have it!
