I love these DVDs, Jillian is so good at getting the best out of you. If you have bad knees like me and can not run, then these are for you. They change your body to the best it can be and give your a total body work out. They are better than the gym.

Sadly this did not work on my DVD Player - make sure you check your DVD Player can play Region 2 DVDs.
Sadly having to return it. Jillian workouts gets you results - they need to do this in UK region please!

Very happy with this purchase. After trying Jillian's 30 day shred dvd, this 3 pack combination set was the next purchase I wanted. Good workouts which start off at a beginner level so you can get used to the intensity before becoming more active.

I didnt like the Killer Buns DVD. Probably because I'd just come from using the 30 Day Shred. Much prefer the Extreme Shed and Shred DVD. Still on Level 1 but its a work in progress. Have tried Level 2 but I cant quite get to grips with it. Havent seen results per se but them I'm not doing it every day.
