A little peturbed at first as it is light and feels 'flimsy'. All fears unjustified as it does the job well. Bought to hold Olympus 8x40 binoculars on Konig tripod.

Great adaptor - I can now use my binoculars with my camera tripod and get a steady image of the moon and stars.
Easy to fit (and will take a larger bolt if needed). Good price.

I've been using it with my Magno XP 10x40 binoculars on a Cullmann Tripod; fits perfectly on both. As other reviewer mentioned it looks a little 'flimsy' but it present no issues.

Works perfectly with my binoculars and tripods. Was quoted £17 for a bracket that did the same thing in a local shop. Bought this for £3.44 (postage inc)and achieved that same result, this is an excellent adaptor.

This bracket doesn't make coffee, I can't use it to surf the web or make calls and it's useless as a spirit level but it attaches my binoculars to my tripod absolutely fine. I can't say I love it because it's just a bracket that attaches my binoculars to my tripod and that would be mental but it does its job just fine.

I have several different pairs of binoculars and these fit all but one. That one simply does not have the ability to be mounted on anything. The price makes this an excellent choice for anyone who has access to camera tripods.

Despite the Universal tag these didn't fit my new Barr and Stroud binoculars and were immediately returned for a refund.

The product is soundly made and works. However, it would benefit from some refinement in design. I use it to support a pair of modern, fairly large, binoculars and the thread housing collides with the bodies of the binoculars restricting the adjustment of spread between the two bodies. A simple change in the design would avoid this problem.

Good simple, honest bit of kit, saves my neck when looking at the stars, and nice to have everything less shaky. Good prompt service from Hobbystore, a nice family business, who hopefully, unlike Amazon, actually pay their UK taxes, instead of robbing us all blind. Ta very much Hobbystore.

This product doesn't fit my binoculars onto the tripod or mono pod securely and I have dropped them on more than one occasion! Yes, both my binoculars and the pods are standard fitting, so I expected this to be the end to my problems of hand shake.......wrong!
