5.0 out of 5 stars I bought both of these books.
I love these books, they make so much sense to me especially when it refers to whats the point of being able to lift heavy weights if you can't even shift your own body weight with ease.

If you lead a busy life style or even if you don't this book will teach you how to fit in short work outs that do work.

I highly recommend this book to any one...

This is an adjunct to the original convict conditioning book, you wouldn't want it without the first one. The first is the full program, this one extras like working on your need and grip. So I regard the scope as less than the first, but for the items it covers, just as great.

He is the man, who is turning my training and my fitness around. Having read his first book, this one is a must read. Many thanks from a life long user of weights, you have opened my eyes.

Best book available on calisthenics and simply genius in its descriptions of progression. Will suit anyone of any ability and take them to a high level. Great!! Don't be put off by the convict/prison theme, it's there as a packaging for an excellent text on progressive calisthenics.

Is Paul Wade real or is he the tooth fairy? . Who cares when his books are this good. Shame they're not more readily available in paperback. Got this for Kindle. The information and progressions in these books are for my money second to none. Can't wait to read CC3.

Very interesting, like the first one, good to find out about a long-term sustainable progressive way of training instead of hopping from one monthly program, courtesy of fitness mags, to another.
