Henny Trade is very corrupt company. Awful communication. They are not truthful at all.
I bought “2012 model 10 inch 10.2" Tablet PC Flytouch Superpad 7 Latest Android 4.0.4 ICS Ice Cream Sandwich HDMI output 1GB DDR3 Allwinner CPU processor 1.5GHZ”. it is very bad product and it was very slow. I returned to Henny trade. They got the item but did not refund me my money. I strongly do not recommend Henny Trade. Stop dealing with them I do not want anyone one to have the same dreadful experience I had with Henny Trade.

Just bought a tablet which turns out to be faulty and will cost me quite a lot to return it to China. Sellers does not display clearly that they are abroad which would indicate that return cost will be costly and one cannot expect them to honour to pay return cost for their faulty item.

it broke down several weeks after receiving it ...it seems no matter which seller you buy these tablets from they stop working
this was my second purchase from a second supplier still it broke down...superpad...supercrap stay well away pay extra money for a well known brand...

The tablet never started on since it arrived and can't managed return it to China because they are charging it £ 25.

I bought this for my wife and is a load of rubish, i could have got a Samsung Galaxy Tab for an extra £20. The tilt don't work and the sound is terrible. Please people spend a wee bit extra and get something thats decent.

Poor instruction manual. Hopless translation into english. Tablet functions without problem but it requires a lot of self experimentation to get up and running.

I have now purchased three different power supplies. They are so flimsy they constantly snap or bend. The screen freezes quite often and looses internet conection ferquently. Overall not a good product.

what a load of rubbish a wright waste of money , freezes the touch screen doesn,t respond the usb are no good do not buy i,m going to throw mine in the bin.

I find this PC Tablet an absolute gem. It has everything I need when travelling about and it is easy to operate.

I chose this Super Pad as it looked a really good item. Im very pleased with it and all what can be done
