I did a one day course at the Raymond Blanc cookery school and they use these pans there. Initially I thought, "OK, right, you're pushing these as they are your brand" but after using them for a day decided to buy a general purpose pot. I've not looked back since and when I did need some new frying pans I didn't hesitate about buying again from this range. They are well built, heat up evenly and clean easily (even after my son let a steak burn dry on the hob).
