choose a company that doesn't put you through such a hassle

I never actually received the product. World Beds just referred me to the delivery company after about 5 days I had to contact them where it is (as it wad immediately dispatched). I was given a time slot when I can expect it according to my postcode as the person I was talking to didn't check it in the system. I made that time interval free for three days... Nothing came. My flatmate didn't get anything either. When I could get him to check in their system what is going on, couple of days later, he stated he tried to deliver it 4 times and left cards for me. This was just a lie. It was on Wednesday I asked him if he could deliver it on Friday the answer was 'Yes'. In the meantime I contacted World Beds who gave me access to the tracking information online. I saw that I could expect a delivery on that day (Wednesday) so just for safety I stayed at home between 12-6 (however according to the tracking info it could have come between 1 and 4). Nothing came. Today (Friday) I checked the tracking info and however we discussed it should come today I was returned! After the delivery on Wednesday that never happened! Nor did others! When I called him and asked him about this he said he could do nothing about it and it was my problem that I was sleeping on a sofa for about two weeks now. Finally a correct statement.....
I've asked for refund but after all I don't know what I can expect from such people....
You don't want this. Order a same quality mattress from a company that doesn't treat its clients like this.
