Mark Parker drinks strong black coffee and keeps notes in a small battered notebook. He is a man with ample self-restraint - but that restraint is wearing thin. Summoning his assistants, Anya and Clara, he instructs them to ready themselves for a night at `Discreet,' the most exclusive BDSM club in a city famed for its BDSM clubs - London. As they say, if you are bored with London, you are bored with life. And Mark is, he has to admit, feeling just an itsy-bitsy bit bored.

What Kay Jaybee does with tremendous artistry is set the scene in her highly-charged novel in two swift paragraphs that made me feel as she had taken me to the edge of the diving board where I plunged nakedly into the whirlpool of Mark Parker's 12th fantasy.

The writing is confident, assured and Ms Jaybee doesn't spend words like some profligate gambler but uses them with parsimonious economy - as if, to borrow a phrase, she is writing a telegram and every word has to be paid for. It is not easy within the genre to be original, there is, it has to be said, a certain modus operandi in all sub-dom erotica, but I did appreciate the way Mark spanked Anya and Clara in turn, "one being hit while the other enjoyed a moment's respite before being struck again." It gave me a warm feeling all the way down the back of my legs.

Ohhh my I have just finished the last pages of this book and its one of the best full on BDSM books I've read. I have already read many of Kay's stories now and love her darker sexy side of writing; Kay how do you come up with these amazing ideas and plots; I couldn't put this book down. I also adore the front cover of this book too, its screams elegance, sexy and sultry, a beautiful image.

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading some of Kay Jaybee's naughty short stories "Sticky situation" and Not her type, Cardboard and Perks of the job . Then I was lucky enough to read her last full length novel Perfect submissive which I loved and I didn't think she could top the fun steamy trials of the storyline, wow how wrong was I.
These books just get better and better and Im definitely loving Kay's longer novels best of all so I was ecstatic to get the chance to read this latest full length novel The Voyeur, which I have just finished and buzzing from such a brilliant read; yes I'm raving so what am I raving about well are you sitting comfortably I'll begin.....!

As much as I love reading about sex I prefer books which have that mysterious psychological edge to them and The Voyeur has a brilliant touch of exactly that. This is not for the feint hearted erotic reader; it envelops you into the world of BDSM full on. The idea of this story is one so different to anything I have ever read,
Mark Parker wealthy business man loves to be in control and has many sexual fantasies for which he lives them out; by employing the perfect girls at his luxury mansion.

I warmed quickly to both girls but Anya I felt I could relate too slightly better. At first I couldn't take to Mark as I found him arrogant in his treatment of the girls but still found him dark and mysterious and as the story progresses I found myself warming to him and becoming totally engrossed into his fantasies, enjoying the girls devout loyalty for him and love for each other deepening after every challenge he sets them. I loved the idea of having their tasks written on their own back so they cannot see whether they have passed of failed this, a unique twist. Mark's journal holds the secret notes and scores of each of the fantasy's and he then decides that the girls will have to endure some of the fantasies again; I could feel their excitement and trepidation as both girls want to please him.

I found fantasy number 12 sooo scorchingly hot and steamy and totally XXX enthralling so I knew fantasy 13 was going to be one hell of a read. Mark plans every imaginative task with military precision and creativity to promote high sexual tension and mind blowing orgasms for the girls pushing them further sexually than they ever believed they could go. Little did they know there was reason behind his fantasy's. His personal competitions between Clara and Anya had turned them into lovers not just friends becoming extremely bonded with each other.

Mark has much to hide that he eventually has to admit to Anya. Will she be forced to return to Bridges a place she hated as well as Mark lose alot more than his PA? BUT Is there deceit going on to force him and the girls to lose; everything rests on fantasy 13 and how his girls perform, all previous tasks have been aiming towards Mark's ultimate fantasy. I loved how Kay made us see Mark's caring side which is completely believable, I found myself rooting for the girls like a sports event, the good versus the bad.
Can Anya save the save day?
Brilliantly creative plot, a wonderful imagination of ideas, relatable characters you feel you want to love and some you want to hate. After the last page I was happily satisfied, a brilliant ending to fantasy 13 and no I'm not going to give it away but you wont be disappointed by Kay's erotic darker style. We have girl on girl, orals, anal, bondage, orgies, spanking, dildos and vibrators of all sorts.
Give yourself time to read this book as you wont be able to put it down. I would love to see a book 2 to see what other Fantasy's Mark can create for himself, Clara and Anya.

Everything you need for a great sexy bedtime story and Kay's best novel yet.

Is it just me or is it hot in here?

Wow, this book is not subtle or gentle or even very sweet. It is a flat out, down and dirty BDSM novel written by someone I believe has a bit more than a passing education in the matter (however it was not mean or cruel).

The scenes had depth and a very real feel to them. The characters were well developed and the story line flowed well. Mark was intent of fulfilling his fantasies but not at the cost of actually doing harm to his to female Subs, as it should be. It was a book I had to read in several sittings as it was just too much overload to read it in one go. If you do not like a bit of pain and dominance with your stories, skip this one. If that is your thing, you will not be disappointed!

This was the first novel I have read my Ms. Jaybee. I am impressed.

I actually purchased "The Voyeur" direct to my Kindle some time ago. But you know there are just some books you HAVE to own, and hold, and tuck under your pillow, in that real, firm book form. And this is one of them.
Simply the most arousing, erotic, stimulatingly exciting book I've read since . . . well "The Pefect Submissive" (also, OF COURSE, by Kay Jaybee).
I won’t say her books are the type you just can’t put down . . . because I can never read more than two or three chapters of her books without becoming so aroused that I just have to put them down and start reaching for other things!!!
Wherever, whenever, however, you read your erotica you must, Must, MUST read Kay Jaybee.
And to think I used to think Cricket was such a boring game! (LOL !!! You'll have to read to see what I mean!!!)

I received this book as a review copy in return for an honest review.

The Voyeur is the pitch black to E.L. James' shades.

A richly dark erotic thriller which keeps you gripped from it's sexually charged start and through it's twist and turns along the way.

Kay Jaybee keeps you enthralled as the girls sexual challenges get packed with more eroticism the harder they get and make you start to question whether you want the girls to succeed or not - without knowing the full details and implications.

The Voyeur has you flirting between tension and pleasure until the final climax.

WOW!
To be honest I wasn't sure if I was going to like this book. At first I thought Mark some some sick SOB putting Anya and Clara thru these Fantasies he has come up with then marking their backs with markers once completed. I kept waiting and waiting for Mark to jump in and join them. He taped every Fantasy and watched it again in the privacy of his own office making notes on what they could hve done better. He would always pleasure himself while watching these playbacks. Mark actually made the girls redo some of the Fantasies that needed work on. This is when I started to love the book! During one of the reinactments he actually jumped in and joined them before he even knew what he was doing! YEAH! He was so caught up in the moment he could decide on who to finish with because he didn't want either one of them to be jealouse of the other. I thought that was the sweetest thing.
He cares for both of these women and he actually old the "This is to say thank you, I am sorry I have never told you how incredible you both are."
All these 12 Fantasies were in preparation for the last one, Fantay 13.
This was the hardest of them all and they never knew when it was going to come. The day of the final Fantasy Mark actually confessed to
Anya what was going to happen and he didn't want to loose her.
I really don't know how the ladies managed it. I don't want to give to much away but lets just say it turned out to be a happy ending.

I took me a while to love this book but I didi in the end.

Well done Kay!

I received this book as a review copy in return for an honest review, I thought this book was totally gripping and on the edge of your seat to what Mark has planned next for the girls. Mark is Anya and Clara's boss and he has allsorts of tasks they need to complete for his voyeuristic and sexual needs, he has 13 tasks for them, the 13th one will test the strength of the girls and hopefully get Mark back his company. Well worth a read!

I hardly know where to begin. This is definitely not for the faint hearted or complete newbie to the BDSM lifestyle. There are some very strong scenes in this book and for a while it seems as though Mark, the voyeur of the title, has no feelings for the two women who act out his fantasies. Hold your judgment though for as we discover, all is not as it seems. Fabulously written, explicitly detailed and incredibly hot.

Make no mistake this has the deeper end of BDSM as part of it's story. By that I mean they live the lifestyle 24/7 and there is control aspects to it. Anyone who has not been part of the scene and/or doesn't have a completely open mind may not enjoy this book. For those of us with deviant minds who enjoy power exchange and hardcore S&M scenarios, pour yourself another cuppa and read away.

I love the characters and for many Mark may appear distant and uncaring but the way he looks after Clara and Anya demonstrates a more caring side. Towards the end of the book there is a plot twist and obviously I don't want to say much so that I don't give any spoilers out but it's marvelous and brings certain points back into focus drawing various aspects of the plot together wonderfully.

If there was a club like Discreet near me I hope I would be able to go, sounds such a wonderfully horny place to be. I love the way that Kay manages to slip in (pun intended) that condoms are being used just enough to promote safe and responsible sex but not too often to distract from the sexual scenes.

I am into kink and found this wonderfully hot. I want to be in the scenes with the three of them exploring such wonderful notions and this book allowed my imagination a glimpse at what it would be like. This book does deserve 5 stars and that is why I give it 5 stars.

I started to read this as Kay is one of my absolute favourite 'go to' authors.

Having read The Perfect Submissive books I thought I could handle the goings on in this book. Boy was I was wrong... Mark is different and I took a while to warm to him - I found him to 'detached' but as I read on I realised why and actually ended up really liking his character.

This book is not for the faint hearted and if your kink 'kinky' then this is for you otherwise be warned ... this is not Fifty or even Gideon Cross - Mark Parker is in a world of his own...

An excellent story that had me up most the night to get it finished - I HAD to know what what going to happen.
