4.0 out of 5 stars Fun and cheap... Great macro results!
The macro extension is brilliant, i hook my camera up to my tripod and can now get waaaaay closer to the subject than i could with my kit lens, it delivers incredible macro shots. However I feel It takes a bit of getting used to but that can be sorted with a bit of messing about with your camera, also try not to screw the macro extension on the camera lens too tight, it...

3.0 out of 5 stars not so bad for amateur photography
With this wide angle lens you actualy get a bit more wide angle from your original lens. But pictures are not so sharp, and you must use a bit of zoom on your original lens, or you'll get black spots on edges

However I feel It takes a bit of getting used to but that can be sorted with a bit of messing about with your camera, also try not to screw the macro extension on the camera lens too tight, it gave me a fright when I couldn't get it off! The glass attracts A LOT of dust. Now for the 'super wide angle' bit.. It's very average, although you can clearly tell when it's used and when it's not and does bring a lot more into your frame. It's an experiment, it's fun and it's cheap! I recommend you get it.

4.0 out of 5 stars good, affordable solution, 19 July 2013

A good, affordable solution - I needed a wide angle lens for my Nikon D3200, just to solve a few situations. Branded full lenses would be too costly, given type and frequency of use, so this ad-on is the perfect solution: already tested it, results are more than Ok.

This solid little add on is like having two new lenses for a pittance. I have took some top photos with the macro lens and both parts of the lens have become a permanent fixture on my kit lens.

4.0 out of 5 stars Buy it..it works...but its not a dedicated lens., 19 Sep 2014
This review is from: 52mm 0.45x Wide Angle + Macro Conversion Lens for Nikon D800 D700 D600 D300S D300 D7100 D7000 D5200 D5100 D5000 D3200 D3100 D3000 D90 D80 D70 D60 D50 D40 LF36 (Electronics)
I am just getting back into photography after several years not using my film based SLR kit. I went digital and bought the Nikon D3200. I saw this kit and bought it. The wide angle and macro are screwed together in one when they arrive. It fitted by d3200 lens perfectly. 52mm(!). You are buying an "adaptor" not a Nikon Lens so the quality will NEVER be the same as a dedicated lens. However really for the money it is an excellent buy.

The wide angle is good enough for those family shots, or landscape shots where you need extra width. The Macro is good enough for the odd close up shot. There is some loss issue on the Macro that you can get a blue "edge" to the right of objects and a "red" edge to the left of object. But don't let that stop you...in most cases you will be fine...buy it..its less than two bottles of cheap wine.

Brilliant item. These are simple to use adaptors for your existing lenses. I have two Nikon lenses, which these conversions screw on to quite simply. The wide angle provides that house brochure effect, perfect for capturing panoramic shots. The macro conversion is basically a magnifying glass, but this is not a negative, it allows you to take excellent close up shots of tiny items (insects, flowers etc) with a manual focus. The conversions screw together and can be stored in the handy leather drawstring bag provided. Overall, extremely pleased with this item!!

The macro attachment is why I bought this. It's brilliant. I've been able to get quite close, and I've attached it onto my 18-55mm lens meaning I could use it's auto-focus. The fisheye is pretty good too, but not that noticeable, and has some vignetting in the corners.

For the price, you can't go wrong.

Quick delivery. A cheap wide angle lens for someone on a budget. I bought these after buying a Nikon D3200 and not wanting to spend a lot on a wide angle. It does the job but I find the quality is lost around the edge of the picture and it needed cropping. The macro conversion is what I bought them for but as yet not made a great deal of use of it. For the money a good buy, lightweight if travelling, a useful bit of kit to keep with you.
