Got mine via Amazon (CamRepublic). No instructions. but if you look in the x100s manual it tells you how to fit it. This one came all the way from Hong Kong ~ customs did not ask for any money.

I bought this because of all the good reviews and was not disappointed as good as the fuji one for a fraction of the price. The money I saved buying this one bought me a better filter lens.

Makes the camera look really cool and with my leather case I always get comments from people, it really looks the part and protects the lens

I have a black x100s and this looks great on it. the finish is good and Its strong and does the job well. I have never seen the original fuji hood but the hood I have is very loose and the bayonette hood can easily be knocked off if you use it on a sling strap like I do as the fitting is very loose. This might also be the case for the genuine hood though and to be honest I would still buy this hood again over the original because of the price. I will probably attach a bit of tape or something inside to tighten the fit slightly and then it would be perfect. I also used a black marker to colour out the white writing and this worked well as I felt the writing made it look a bit cheap. Sounds silly to says its flawed but buy it but for the price its well worth it. Just be aware that you might have to mess about with it a bit of you get one with a loose fit like mine.

Looks great on the Black fuji x100s. I have also added a 49mm lens cap that fits in perfectly. Just as good as the £80 fuji silver version.

I love it. I bought the JJC (silver) offering but because of the very good price for this adapter and the fact that it was black... I ordered it as well. It is constantly on the camera - except when I pop on the tele- or wide-angle adapter. I think this is a great product at the right price.

I had this hood for only a few days and it worked loose, to the point that I had to replace it. I've now replaced it with a JJC lens hood, and while it cost a bit more than this item it stays fixed securely and still comes in a lot cheaper than Fujifilm's own hood.

This hood is a third party version of Fujifilm's own. It's constructed from what feels like rigid aluminium. Recommended alternative to the official hood.

Long time to get here (by Amazon standards). Good fit, connector, bayonet for hood, a 49mm filter fits nicely.
Very good price. Thanks.

took ages to arrive but, for £9 when the Fuji one costs in excess of £70 well worth the wait and its looks really cool on the camera!

A great lends hood made of metal. Looks great on the X100T and sturdy too. Takes an age to arrive but very much worth it.
