Okay but lots of flaws
on 28 May 2013
This case is very easy to use; just pop it in and it's there. On the face of it, it seems quite sturdy and robust and offers great protection for the tablet, as well as a nice, soft finish on the inside. The tablet itself is quite slim and I've been after a thin case to keep it that way, however I had bad experience with one and so resorted to this, which is rather bulky. I decided on this one because I thought the 360 degree turning was useful for apps like Spotify which are portrait only.
However, I have had quite a few problems. First of all, I removed the tablet from the case after using it for a few weeks and found that my tablet is actually now damaged. On the bottom, there are two dents from the corner clips and on the back the "grooving" has been chipped away and scratched in places.
The second, is that the slots in the case to stand it up, are not deep enough. It will just about stand in the inner-most slot, but it will not stand at all in the outside one - it just falls down.
Also, the ring on the back that allows 360 degree turning is quite lose so the tablet around a bit (up and down/left and right) as well as the 360 degrees around.
The soft interior is also sewn in, which is fine, however it is glued too and the glue is started to wear off. This means, on the crease, it is starting to come away.
Just to note: the tablet can be charged whilst in the case but turning it 180 degrees, however the dock cannot be used.
One minor point is that the elastic thing is also quite annoying - a clip/fastener would be better!!
