although the first shipment did not arrive , waited couple of weeks, within 2-3 days of informing Amazon a new replacement was sent, no hassle no quibbles, only instructiom 'must return the original if it arrives'.
Can not fault Amazon customer service , absolutely brilliant, I thought i would be involved in a long dragged out dispute. Not The case
The product is great quality from Lyle and Scott never in doubt.And pricing very competetive.
Very minor observation, Lyle and scott sizing very precise, i.e. Large, left no room for excesses.
