2.0 out of 5 stars Expensive ingredients!
The ingredients used in most of these recipes make the cost of the bake very high. Also, all the recipes call for Stevia, a product that I believe has various health concerns associated with it - I may be wrong. Think I may be returning this book .....

I have it on Kindle which is useful when shopping for ingredients!

these are suitable for people with Diabetes, Low carb dieters and people with coeliac disease. Also for just anyone who wants to ditch the refined carbs and have some heart-healthy ingredients, containing essential fatty acids and vitamins and fibre. The authors give really good practical tips for making the recipes work out really well and the results are just delicious!

I would thoroughly recommend!

This review is from: The Joy of Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free Baking: 80 Low-Carb Recipes that Offer Solutions for Celiac Disease, Diabetes, and Weight Loss (Kindle Edition)
It simplifies the whole process of gluten and sugar free cooking, which would be quite complicated for the novice otherwise.

Dreadful book, very americanised and ingredients hard to source. I was expecting no flour recipes etc but no you still need flour just weird and wacky ones you have to mix yourself. Complete waste of money.
