Right, so the bones of the story first. Caja is the driving force behind her soon to be gym franchise, and because of her busy life, she believes in 'the jumpoff'. No ties, just sex. She meets Michael, who doesn't seem to get the memo, to Caja's shock. In addition to that, Caja's enterprise/livelihood is threatened by a lawsuit. The hook of the story is - will Caja lose everything she's worked for (and the man she's fallen hard for)?

Over all, I got the plot of the story, and the characters are fleshed out relatively well (Caja has issues that are relatively realistic) but I found the pacing of the work to be uncomfortable. In that situations show up suddenly, and there's no smooth transition from the problem being bought up to being solved, and there seemed to be no believable tension. In that, you didn't feel moved/threatened on Caja's behalf, only for resolution to come from left field, so everything feels rushed. This might be because of the amount of pages devoted to the story (about 114 on a kindle, versus say, at least 180 for a published romance novel).

If you're a bit of a conservative when it comes to sex scenes - in that you might prefer the metaphorical to the explicit- this book might not be for you. To be fair, there aren't much sex scenes, due to Reasons of Plot, but the ones that are there, tend to be graphic (or 'spicy' if you want to use an euphemism).
