This is an acquired taste - I love it, my husband hated it.
You don't get that sweet hit you find with normal muesli, nor is it soft and oat-based.
It has a variety of crunchy bits, from tiny seeds (that get stuck in your teeth!) to big clusters. I like the fact it takes ages to chew and eat, as it makes me feel full - I normally gobble my breakfast and am hungry again soon after. The high protein content in this presumably helps you feel fuller longer too.
Not cheap and not quick to eat but great for those of us trying to shift a few pounds who aren't virtuous enough to stick to totally carb-free breakfasts.
