My Father was prescribed warfarin by the hospital, but he could not remember whether he taken it or not or at the correct time. After we bought this dispenser, he was 100% accurate with his dosage. Sadly he passed away this week, but for the short time he used it, it was a real benefit not only to him, but also to the family as we knew he could not overdose with this machine.

This was very easy to set up. My husband loves it, and so do I, as there is now no more wondering if he has taken his tablets or not.

Would reccomend this to others with memory loss.

I bought this dispenser because it is a reasonably priced item for its type. It was supplied by Tabtime, an excellent company who were extremely helpful. I would recommend the item to anyone who has elderly relatives who are no longer able to manage their medication.

I bought this for my Mother, who has to take tablets regularly morning and night. The instructions are very clear and the dispenser can easily be set up to dispense at different times and frequencies (but I'd need to look at them again if I wanted to change it!). At two dispenses per day can hold enough tablets for 2 weeks which is perfect in our case. Once set up it simply beeps when it's pill-time and the act of pouring the tablets out of the machine into her hand switches it off, and it shows a label which identifies when tablets were last taken. Someone has really thought about this.

The reason I recommend this is that it takes the guess-work out of what tablets should be taken when, and if she forgets when she last took tablets she can look at the machine and it tells her. Since she's been using this dispenser, there has been a noticable improvement in her general health which leads me to suspect that she hadn't always been taking the right tablets at the right time for sometime.

Quite expensive, but a valuable tool.

Easy to fill and programme, with clear instructions. Very sturdy with a choice of alert tones. Bought this for my mother who is delighted that she no longer has to try and remember the last time she took her pills. Gives peace of mind that doses will not be missed or doubled up.

Great idea to help those who forget to take their tablets, it has a bleep alarm and flashing led light to aid in reminding.

I purchased this for my elderly mother who was having problems with taking a number of pills but once I had the automatic pill dispenser and set up the frequency all has been ok since then. Good product.

This system gives back control to the elderly patient and the carer and worth it's weight in gold! A value for money alternative to some that can be 4 times the price. Fail safe method of dispensing medicines for those with memory problems in the early stages of dementia. Just a shame that not all GP practices and Pharmacys are familiar with them and willing to take them over. Too often the relative is left to fund and set them up each time. Fortunately I have just managed to win my Pharmacist round and he has agreed to take it on, not all areas will.

Prior to getting this automatic pill dispenser my mother used the 'flip-open' pocket pill container which I set up each week. No alarm, no flashing light pills were missed. Not any more. Even if Mum doesn't here the dispenser, I do. She has not missed any of her pills since we purchased the automatic dispenser. I dispenser was easily set up and holds all the pills required.
Thank you,
A son caring for his Mum.

A good machine for my mum who for gets to take pills now she takes them on time by a small alarm sounding easy to set up.
a good lock so cant be opened unless it has the key.

down side is the battery compartment could do with a screw to lock it my mum opened the battery compartment as decided she didn't want the lunch time alarm going off and broke the back cover clips so its now sticky taped in place needless to say I wasn't very happy about that. other that that yes its good.
