5.0 out of 5 stars completes the series
I had read all of the later books in the series, so it was great to have the initial one - it certainly lived up to the others.

3.0 out of 5 stars a summer's read
This book was made for long summer afternoons in the park or under a shady tree. (REAL NAME)
This book was made for long summer afternoons in the park or under a shady tree. I really enjoyed Anne O'Brien's dedication to the story and how it kept unfolding like a midday summer's sun getting hotter and hotter the more pages you turn. Henry Farringdon is the dashing and most honourable rake who decides to help his sister in law out ( yes the very same one he fell for ) when someone else turns up after his brother's death claming to be the rightful wife and owner to all the Farrington spoils. I loved the twists and turns and the ways of two people who are clearly in love but will deny it the hilt until fate intervenes.
A great read.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not bad, 12 Feb 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: The Disgraced Marchioness (Mills & Boon M&B) (The Faringdon Scandals - Book 1) (Kindle Edition)
The book was purchased in error! However I persevered but it was predictable. I would not recommend it unless you are a fan of Mills and Boon! Not Anne Obriens best effort.
