Decent for what they are, but ensure you really need them
on 30 June 2014
These supports are well-made in a nice silicone, but they're pretty high and not adjustable so do beware. Ideally they'd have layers you could remove like some similar products for heel raising, as the level of arch support you need can vary. It's also worth pointing out that many chiropodists and biomechanics specialists do not recommend arch support for flat feet, as it can make the arch even 'lazier' and worsen the condition. Often correcting the foot position via the heel and ankle are more effective ways of building a strong arch. Consult a doctor if you can, but if you definitely need arch supports then these are at least a nice squidgy, comfortable material at a very reasonable price.
