5.0 out of 5 stars Superb
Bought these for my Son who's 2 and he really loves them. They look great, very well made and are ideal for enjoying learning the alphabet whilst having fun. Very clever games with them too, as a parent, I was very impressed. Would highly recommend.

2.0 out of 5 stars yet another toy that does not use phonic sounds
This is a pack of sturdy thick cards, the picture side has both upper and lower cases of the letter present (e.g.C,c) and then a corresponding picture, (C is Cat). But when you put your pen on the cat it says 'See" is for cat not the phonetic 'cuh'. This is no help to an early reader...'dee' is for dog, 'em' is for monkey, then there are a few more obscure cards like Q...

This is a pack of sturdy thick cards, the picture side has both upper and lower cases of the letter present (e.g.C,c) and then a corresponding picture, (C is Cat). But when you put your pen on the cat it says 'See" is for cat not the phonetic 'cuh'. This is no help to an early reader...'dee' is for dog, 'em' is for monkey, then there are a few more obscure cards like Q -they use a quail (perhaps a 2 yr old would recognise a queen more, my 2yr old is not an avid bird spotter and does not know his umbrella bird and quail!!) On the other side of the card is a cartoon picture of the letter which sings a song about the sound the letter makes...'See (C) makes the sound cuh (C)' but there is no association with the word cat on the other side. Kids would certainly learn there alphabet by learning the songs, and possibly the sounds the letters make. But i think it is very limited and unhelpful to an early reader. Personally wish i had not wasted my money.

These flag cards are fantastic. My 20 month old loves the little song on each card. She'll soon know her alphabet! There are also fun games. Great buy.

Great fun and exciting opportunity to learn more about alphabet. If you can't make it work check if you downloading software from UK website. It worked fine for me. After a month my daughter could recognised most of the cards.

Very affordable product, double sided cards, does take up the space of two books on the tag junior but my son liked it.

I have already purchased the Leapfrog junior tag for my grandaughter for Christmas and decided on buying this item for her 3rd birthday. Leapfrog Tag and Tag junior are fantastic and well worth the money paid. Fast delivery, a good price too. Very pleased overall.
