I've bought a lot of fabric CDs over the years, a lot of them are very good but are usually let down somewhere by some tacky tracks or awkward mixing, which can be said for the likes of Craze, Diplo, Scratch Perverts, Adam Freeland who I know are great DJs. The best one to date for me has been Buraka Som Sistema but even that at at times has elements of a cheesy Lisbon disco about it. This DSS one however is a treat. Kicked off brilliantly by Nina Simone it features smooth mixing between electro, garage, dubstep, jungle, dub and whatever other sub-genres are doing the rounds these days, yet the sections never get stale (like Caspa/Rusko's) and the change in pace never sounds forced (like Toddla T's). So among that little lot and others that I've bought and kept or sent onto the charity shop (Spinbad, Joe Ransom, Deadly Avenger, Spank Rock, Sinden, Format, Robert Hood, Michael Mayers, James Lavelle) this is the best, love the track with MC Fats and Buggsy, just wish it had the full length version on the CD.

I own quite a few of the FabricLive series and this is definitely one of my top 3. It's brilliantly mixed, covers a lot of bases and is both subtle and in your face and different points. It's great to stick on to chill out to and ends with high tempo energy, it's actually the perfect album to stick on to get you in the mood for going out. It's brilliant.

Two Fabric CD's in two weeks that cannot be faulted. What a cracking mix as well as Fabriclive 65 by DJ Hazard. If you like one you can't fail to like the other!!
