Having used Poli Dri Towels myself for many years I bought this set for my daughter. You can't beat Poli Dri Towels for their quality. They absorb water very well and they don't become soaking wet as soon as you have dried a couple of plates like thin tea towels do. They are good for drying your hands on too. They wash well retaining there good shape. I would certainly recommend these towels.
Cannot complain about the quality, That was really good... But I was shocked at the cost as I was expecting 3 towels and not one.. seemd very expensive for just the one.. But I did not send it back as it was very good.. Just expensive.
After 25 years I finally relented to buy some new Lamont tea towels and these new ones are as good as the ones I've used in the past. The polidry material means that the threads of cotton do not remain in drinking glasses when drying and the towel itself allows me to wipe up a lot more items than any other material I've used. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Samuel Lamont Poli Dri cotton tea towels are very good quality so are worth the additional cost. They absorb plenty of water without becoming limp. I have been using the same Poli Dri for ten years plus, and there are no signs of breaks in the fabric; they look as good as new. I bought another half dozen just in case the manufacturer went out of production. Well done Amazon uk for stocking these excellent teatowels.
I had some of these Lamont tea towels as wedding gifts 47 years ago and have never found anything to compare with the quality. OK it's only a tea towel, nothing to get excited about, but it's a great tea towel!
