Excellent compilation, lots of great rough and ready rockabilly cuts without too many duds, which has not always been the case with these 3cd compilations from fantastic voyage.particular favourite artists of mine Sleepy LaBeef,Bill Mack and sonny fisher are all well represented here, but please, for the love of god,to all compilers who may be listning, please no more rockabilly anthologies with Hal Harris's jitterbop baby or Thumper Jones's rock it found there on,classics of the genre though they may be, ta LL

I enjoyed this and despite some tracks that I skip this has to be an essential purchase for those hep katz and kittens. Some may say, not the same old... but when you haven't heard for years and get into this, it's surprising how many were popular and remain classics. It's worth 4 full solid stars.

All the fantastic boppers that the 80's rockabilly and Teddy Boy fraternities enjoyed and are still enjoying today. Starday and Gusto. Brilliant presentation and well researched track listings. These must be compiled by people that not only have a good feel for great music but they are sureley still rocking themselves. Now i can play these instead of my Vinyl albums and singles. However i shall still be holding on to my original 45's and albums as well. Another outstanding boppers delight. If your just starting out on enjoying pure Rockabilly or if you've been collecting for years you'll love this compilation...

This is Rock'n'Roll in its various forms, except for Rockabilly, as it was intended to be played. Over 100 tracks just a few weak numbers, preventing 5 stars.
