5.0 out of 5 stars delightful book, great read, 18 May 2013

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I am a quilter and so it was delightful to have the 'who done it' woven around familiar terms and quilters gatherings. The characters are interestingly crafted in sufficient detail to keep my interest and also to feel irritated by some of them; the old cranky lady, Sissy and the all to energetic and 'in your face' Meadow. Right until the end the author keeps us guessing who did the murder and I liked that very much. The heroine, Beatrice is believable and I am looking forward to reading another of the Southern Quilters mysteries. I read this on Kindle and I am disappointed not to have the same option for the next book.

A wonderful book to read, very refreshing, sad parts in it but really very well written. Would recommend to read particularly people who like quilting
