3.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight but illuminating, 6 Nov. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is a lightweight romp through the daftest book ever written. I'm convinced that most Christians haven't read the bible because if they did, they'd realise just how silly it is and Stuart Wulze does a good job of pointing out the sheer lunacy contained within its pages whilst raising a few laughs in the way.
I did feel however, that this book is probably aimed at teenagers rather than adults; I found the style a bit too chatty and the prose fairly basic. This is not an erudite philosophical tome of the Dawkins, Randi, or Sam Harris standard but it fulfils a function that those giants of atheism often neglect; it takes the bible apart book by book with ruthless relish.
I hope that he does the Koran next.
